The villas are built on a hill overlooking Almyrida – a fishing village with taverns, cafes and bars. The village's sandy beach is less than 1 Km away, while olive and citrus trees surround the property.
There are five villas. Each one of them with tree bedrooms plus one room for a maid, a designer's lounge with a fire place, a modern and complete fitted kitchen, three bathrooms, jacuzzi, color television, telephone, personal computer, totally independent air condition/heating units, private pool, 40 m² of external terraces, private garage and BBQ facilities. Cleaning and linen/towel change are provided daily by the villas' service. Additionally, unobstructed views of the wonderful Souda Bay may be enjoyed from every corner of the villa.
